It has been brought to our attention that the GNPEC has been encouraging hate speech, discrimination, and harassment; as well as disseminating misleading and false information about Erudite, in violation of federal law. In an effort to protect federal rights and ensure equal protection for everyone, as well as prevent discrimination, the federal government established Sections 241 and 242 of Title 18.
