It has been brought to our attention that the GNPEC has been encouraging hate speech, discrimination, and harassment; as well as disseminating misleading and false information about Erudite, in violation of federal law. In an effort to protect federal rights and ensure equal protection for everyone, as well as prevent discrimination, the federal government established Sections 241 and 242 of Title 18.

Under federal law (18 USC § 242), it is a crime for state actors to deprive anyone of rights protected under the Constitution or laws of the United States. The crime is punishable by up to life imprisonment and/or death. For more information:
